In addition, you must adhere to the Vanguard Travel Policy.  Be aware it must apply to GSA per diem restrictions (unless waived by FEMA); compact car or smaller, one-way travel reservations, lowest reasonable airfare.  Detail instructions will be issued prior to deployment.
