Depending on the size of the deployment, technical support is available in the field office or through the Inspector Helpline. The most efficient way to get technical support is by calling Vanguard IS's Inspector Helpline (855-482-6447) and selecting Technical Support (Option 6). An IT support specialist will be available during scheduled hours to answer all questions. Outside of scheduled support hours, inspectors can leave a message and an IT support specialist will return the call as quickly as possible.
