I went to register in the Vanguard inspector portal and my email is in the system already...what should I do next?

It is possible you may have an account already. Attempt to login at https://vanguardhis.com/  and verify your information, including your company referral code. For existing users:

  If you are a new user:
    • Navigate to login page (https://lms.vanguardem.com/LMSaaS/faces/page/login/Login.seam)
    • Enter your username (email address) and the temporary password sent to you
    • You will then be prompted to set up a new password
    • Enter your email address as your password
    • Enter new password in both the new password and new password confirmation fields.
NOTE: Your new password must be at least six (6) characters in length and must include at least:
    • One lowercase alphabetic character
    • One uppercase alphabetic character
    • One number
  Once you set your new password, you will then be taken back to the login screen and you will then log in using username and new password.   If you are have forgotten your password, send an email to training@vanguardhis.com   When you receive your temporary password:
    • Navigate to login page (https://lms.vanguardem.com/LMSaaS/faces/page/login/Login.seam)
    • Enter your username (email address) and the temporary password sent to you
    • You will then be prompted to set up a new password
    • Enter the temporary password sent to you as your existing password
    • Enter new password in both the new password and new password confirmation fields.
  Your new password will not expire for 1 year, so please remember it or write it down and store in a secure place.
